Bringing to life a new internal digital learning platform for TUI

We have been working on multiple projects for TUI, including helping them bring to life a new digital learning platform that will fundamentally change the way their 65,000 employees across the world can access training and learning content, helping them to shape their careers and the future of the TUI business.

In addition to the strategic positioning and the naming of the platform, we created a brand-new identity that fitted seamlessly into the existing TUI brand universe, but that also felt fresh, new and motivating for a global internal audience.

The TUI Learning Lounge launched in the early autumn and has been extremely well received across all areas of the business.
