We're hiring a Strategist!
Focused and committed, you have a high attention to detail, a passion for consumer behaviour – to understand what makes people tick, and a temptation to explore the next big, or small, thing.
You have an unceasing curiosity for getting to grips with the data behind the detail and using it to develop robust and actionable brand strategy, understanding brands touchpoints and how consumers interact with them.
As you will be working on several large global accounts, from brand strategy and brand identities, brand worlds to below the line communications, packaging and activations, as well as smaller exciting one-off projects and new business pitches, being able to thrive under pressure is a must. Naturally confident, you will have outstanding writing and presentation skills, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, whether it be design, consumer, or technology. Most importantly, you have a strong ability to think strategically, to challenge us and to challenge you!

You must have a strong desire to learn in a friendly, collaborative, and growing design agency. As a medium sized agency, you will be working alongside our 20 strong team and have access to the minds of the two founders and close contact with the management team.
You will be working on client projects and in-house work, alongside the Account Management team, Marketing and Creative teams– researching and crafting consumer insights and strategy that will underpin the agency’s creative work.
This is a busy role working on several large global accounts, along with smaller exciting one-off projects, so thriving under pressure is a must. This includes number of global drinks brands in below the line campaigns, packaging, and activations. We also work in travel, FMCG and retail. Naturally confident, you will have outstanding writing and presentation skills, and passion for staying up to date with the latest trends – design, consumer & technology. You have strong ability to think strategically - digital knowledge and experience in the drinks industry are a bonus, although not mandatory.
