Flavour Head: Big, Bold and Beautiful
Our challenge was to shake up the highly saturated herbal tea category with a strong and distinctive new brand, with a clear product message integral to a design that vividly brings to life a premium tea and taste experience.
Defining the brand proposition as ‘Big, Bold and Beautiful’, we used our innovation process FlavourLab to create a range of flavour combinations with the finest fruits, herbs, teas, and botanicals to give our ‘Flavour Explorers’ tastebuds a big and bold “HELLO!”
Missouri created all aspects of the brand – the Flavour Head name, identity, illustration and packaging. Our design uses big type, bold colours, and a unique illustrative style to create playful characters that bring individual personalities to each variant and an impactful shelf presence to the range.
Highlighting the all-important credentials, through mood illustrations and brewing tips - we let the small details make a big difference in adding a touch of fun and energy, whilst keeping the pack feeling premium without pretence, through its eco-friendly recycled stock.
The result: a Design and Branding award at Food & Drink Expo 2022, within a week of Flavour Head’s launch!
