Headwater is an active outdoor holiday brand and a part of the TUI Group. Traditionally their guests are an older demographic but as their suite of products broadens the brand needed a dramatic redesign to not only retain the current franchise but also open the Headwater offer up to a younger and more demanding demographic.
We undertook a full audit of the brand communications and the competitive landscape to create ‘clear space’ for the brand to operate in.
By focussing on the small things that make a big difference, we created a new brand template, a vision and values document, a new brand mark and a full suite of online and offline communications and guidelines.
